LOL!  I can laugh and I also relate as I opted to try out Dave's debt free ideas on mortgage pay offs.  I've definitely had some anxiety over it as well.  Will I be able to afford to do this?  Will I be broke in a month unexpectedly?  The answers lie within the realm of a reality I am not as familiar with, but luckily I have my trusty broker to help me along with understanding it all.  Thank goodness for Carl or I'd be lost and have no clue how to explain it at the book club meeting either.
